At MGI we know that moving to your new home is a great effort and work. And more if you do not reside in Spain. To our future buyers or tenants who do not reside in the country, do not worry. At MGI we have our service of Tax, Accounting and Other Procedures that will guide and help you to make the purchase or rental of a home as simple and fast. And so enjoy your new home in Mallorca, Madrid or anywhere in Spain.

Likewise, we have collaborations with various financial entities for greater convenience in the purchase (mortgages) of our non-resident customers.

We also offer a sworn translation service in English and German.

So that you know the process in the purchase, this would be more less the documentation that would be requested although each case must be studied and for this we recommend that you consult us previously:

  1. Color photocopy apostilled
  2. Reason for your nationality application
  3. Proof of funds for the purchase of the legality of the money
  4. Declaration of assets in Spain / Abroad
  5. Completion of the Model EX 15

Non-Resident Services - Golden Visa

Since 2013, it is possible for non-resident investors to obtain a residence permit in Spain by investing € 500.000 or more in real estate. MGI has a multilingual team of tax and legal advice to make the whole process simple and fast.

Investing in a Property as a Retirement Plan
